Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (open for shifting schedule as needed)
Place of Work: Office Based – ARC Office at Outlets Lipa Batangas

Job Qualification
-
Graduate or undergraduate of any computer related course – Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, etc.

More than 1 year experience in BPO Industry as Technical Support or Helpdesk Support

Excellent communication skills – Has experience communicating with other nationalities

Has experience using Microsoft Products – Office 365 and others

Experience and knowledge in using TRAX eMRO system is an advantage and will be highly considered
-
Experience in supporting a system/website/application is an advantage
-
Willing to work in a hybrid set up (Not permanent work from home)

Willing to work in shifting schedule – Asia Pacific, Europe and US time zones

Willing to be deployed abroad for onsite support if required by client/customer

Has the ability to do self-study, research and work with minimal supervision
