IT and Software Sales Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday (open to shifting schedule as needed)

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries for pricing, request for information, request for product trials, and technical questions (routed to appropriate technical personnel).

  • Track all sales leads,

  •  Perform regular friendly, persistent followup with prospective customers;

  • Schedule and perform initial sales calls with prospects;

  • Schedule and attend technical sales calls with prospects and our technical staff;

  • Maintain a proactive relationship with existing clients;

  • Develop and manage outbound email marketing campaigns using our marketing service platforms;

  • Develop outbound highly targeted list of prospects and execute outreach via email, social, and phone calls;

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;

  • Confidently have and control conversations with people you do not know regarding our brands, products, and services;

  • Maximize the use of your time to reach the largest breadth of qualified customers as quickly as possible

  • Excellent English written and oral communication. This is an absolute must. You will be communicating with customer prospects who have high expectations for English language skills.

  • Honest, trustworthy, hardworking and organized

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or any business-related course (or related experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales in a software or IT company

  • Advanced understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

  • Respond to emails and incoming calls (very few) 8am-5pm -Mon-Fri. Must respond to emails within 2 hours during the given hours. Must answer incoming calls immediately

  • Attend scheduled online meetings with prospects

  • Experience using MS Teams, Microsoft Tools like Word, Excel, Power Point

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Demonstrated ability to develop outbound email lead generation campaigns including writing highly effective emails

  • Strong experience with outbound email marketing systems

  • Can work with minimal supervision

  • Fast and stable home internet connection

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A determined and resilient attitude

  • An engaging and persuasive personality

  • Creative thinking, responding to customer needs

  • Good time-management skills with the ability to be flexible

  • A results-oriented mindset
