• Will mainly work on developing the backend components of web and mobile applications. He or she will become hands-on with the entire process - from design, development, testing, production, and post-production 

• Write code for new software applications and/or the modification of existing software applications backend to frontend. 

• Understand business requirements and translate them to usable functionality. 

• Support and maintain existing software applications and respond quickly to critical issues 

• Analyze and propose changes to maximize code reusability and maintain business value 

• Keep up to date with current technology knowledge including coding languages, technology platforms, security, and industry trends 

Technical Skills 

• Bachelors or Master’s in computer science or Computer Engineering (or similar field) 

• With hands-on experience in API development using PHP with Laravel framework or Java with Spring framework 

• Understanding of REST API principles and best practices. 

• Hands-on experience in SQL, relational databases, designing optimal database structures. 

• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining production-quality code 

• Experience with OOP, Security, refactoring, application architecture and design patterns 

• Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development) is not required but is preferred 

• Experience in NodeJS is an advantage 

• Experience with .NET
